Log in, make a purchase, and earn points—it’s easy! All you need is a BTF-LIGHTING official website account. BTF-LIGHTING Store Points can be redeemed for discount coupons on btf-lighting.com.

The BTF-LIGHTING Rewards Program is subject to these "Terms and Conditions". Members earn BTF-LIGHTING Store Points on qualifying online purchases redeemable for discounts for certain products on btf-lighting.com. Please note that products purchased through third-party websites (including eBay, Amazon, AliExpress), physical retail stores, or other unauthorized channels are not eligible for BTF-LIGHTING Store Points accumulation.

1. Free to Join the BTF-LIGHTING Rewards Program

Joining the BTF-LIGHTING Rewards Program is free, but you must have a registered account on btf-lighting.com. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

2. General Rules

• Members can only earn BTF-LIGHTING Store Points by purchasing eligible online products or completing specified actions on btf-lighting.com. To earn points through purchases, you must log into your account before checking out. You can check your login status by clicking the user icon in the upper right corner of the website.

• Points may be delayed in displaying due to system syncing and must be used as specified in these terms. They are only valid for online use on btf-lighting.com.

• Note: You must use the same account (email address) to earn and redeem BTF-LIGHTING Store Points, since they cannot be transferred or merged between different accounts.

3. Earning Rate & VIP Tiers

Members earn BTF-LIGHTING Store Points based on their cumulative spending tier on eligible products (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and promotional discounts). Points are calculated based on your final order subtotal and rounded to the nearest whole number. The base earning rates are structured as follows according to your VIP membership level:

• Bronze Tier: Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.

• Silver Tier: Earn 12 points for every $1 spent.

• Gold Tier: Earn 15 points for every $1 spent.

Note: Higher membership levels unlock significantly greater point accrual rates for every dollar you spend. Please log in to your account to view your current tier progress and exact points multiplier balance.

4. Non-Purchase Ways to Earn

To welcome and engage our community, BTF-LIGHTING offers multiple bonus point channels. Points awarded through non-purchase actions are bound by the following single-use or conditional validation rules:

• Account Sign-Up: Earn 500 points upon successful registration of a new account. Limited to one reward per individual real user.

• Newsletter Subscription: Earn 200 points when signing up for our newsletter list. Points will be awarded only upon successful email confirmation.

• Social Media Follows/Subscriptions: Earn bonus points by supporting our official brand accounts (Instagram: 300 points, YouTube: 300 points, TikTok: 200 points). Points will only be credited after successful action verification via our integrated loyalty system.

• Celebrate a Birthday: Earn 300 points as a yearly birthday gift. To prevent system manipulation, members must input their birthday at least 30 days prior to the actual date to receive points for the current year; otherwise, the reward will apply to the following year.

5. Points Crediting

Purchase-based points will be credited to your account within 7 calendar days after the order status is marked as placed/shipped. Any returns, refunds, or cancellations that occur during this period will affect the final points awarded.

6. Returns / Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled, refunded, or items are returned, the BTF-LIGHTING Store Points earned in that original transaction will be automatically deducted from your account.

7. How to Redeem BTF-LIGHTING Store Points

Log into your account on btf-lighting.com. Go to "My Points," click "Get Rewards," and choose your desired reward coupon. BTF-LIGHTING Store Points are deducted at the time of your redemption.

• After confirming redemption, you will receive a unique one-time discount code for use at checkout.

• Only one discount code/coupon can be used per transaction and cannot stack with other codes, wholesale discounts, or temporary site-wide promotions.

• Expiration: Redeemed coupons have no expiration date and will remain valid in your account until used (subject to the specific active status in your member dashboard).

• Automatic Points Refund: If a coupon is canceled under specific system rules without being used, the corresponding points deducted during redemption will be automatically returned to your account balance.

• Once you confirm redemption, the process cannot be manually reversed or exchanged back into points actively by the user until the coupon's status changes.

8. Minimum Purchase Requirements (Anti-Arbitrage Policy)

To ensure fair usage and program sustainability, each redeemed coupon is subject to a strict minimum purchase threshold based on its face value:

• $5 Off Coupon (500 Points): Valid only on orders of $30 or more.

• $10 Off Coupon (1,000 Points): Valid only on orders of $50 or more.

• $20 Off Coupon (2,000 Points): Valid only on orders of $120 or more.

• $30 Off Coupon (3,000 Points): Valid only on orders of $200 or more. Orders that do not meet these minimum order amounts will not be eligible to apply the respective discount code. Intentional split-ordering or placing multiple low-value orders to abuse individual coupons is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer & Enforcement

• Point calculations exclude taxes, shipping fees, and other non-product costs; wholesale retailers and B2B custom orders are not eligible for this program.

• BTF-LIGHTING Store Points have no cash value outside of btf-lighting.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Once a coupon is used on a completed checkout, it is considered consumed. If an order is refunded, the refund amount will only cover the actual cash amount you paid; the coupon discount amount is non-refundable.

• BTF-LIGHTING reserves the right to freeze accounts and claw back related promotional benefits suspected of fraudulent actions, malicious arbitrage, creation of multiple accounts, or policy violations (including splitting orders to bypass minimum purchase thresholds, creating fake accounts to stack sign-up/social bonuses, or inputting fraudulent birthday data).
