Are the price points on these “Mini smd”, going to be on par with the larger, (5050smd LED’s)?
For the last two months I have been ordering ALL of our LED’s and other acc. from (BTF) lighting. ALL of the components for our LED project needs. But, We have been purchasing through “Amazon”. And supposedly from the BTF store on “Amazon”.
Does this not count? Your system does not cross-reference? We spent a few hundred again just yesterday and it is showing here, “You have no orders”. Why?
The same name, address and purchasing card, “All were purchased under my name, – (Richard Orlowe)”, and same were used in all purchases. The same as used here on the site for my acct..
Also, I have emailed you three times. “All three emails were over the last two weeks”. I need component info that is NOT on the websites about application of the LED systems. I looked too! Not here OR on the “Amazon” info in your online store here, on Amazon, Or in the ads there! And I need this “INFO”, -ASAP!
Why no answer??!!
I also have a return that I would rather just have you handle. But if NO COORESPONDENCE is forthcoming? I will then have to resort to using “Amazon”…
