I have the same problem with having no color control using an SP630E and RB3 remote. Groups of 3 lights are different color.

WS2805 RGBCCT with SP63XE controller and RG4 remote.
Most seems to work but cannot get solid colors other than white. Various modes have color.
Cannot get all red or all one color.
Is this a problem with the remote?
