I purchased BTF-LIGHTING FCOB COB LED Strip RGBW 6500K 896LED/m 16.4FT along with the sp630e controller kit and the 24v power adapter. The lights will not work so I ordered WS2814 IC RGBW 3000K Flexible High Density Color Chasing Uniform Light 16.4FT DC24V 896LED/m and got them wired in and these lights will not go to a solid color. Am I just ordering the wrong lights? Wrong controller? I want to end up with the 4 zone controller to control 4 different areas and I want those areas to be able to select colors or have white. Thanks!
